Diet: People like stools are related to your diet. It's a form of constipation stools very dry and forms multiple little pieces. Usually indicates there's not enough fiber in your diet and also general roughage so increase your fruit and vegetable intake. Likewise frequent urination can be from what you're drinking such as pop or caffeinated products or the volume that you drink. You may have a small bladder or other problems so if the dietary changes do not fix it I would see your physician. Good health
