Probably: Semen can stay viable in the female's reproductive tract for up to 7 days but no longer. In women with regular cycles, ovulation usually occurs 14 days after the first day of the LMP. So, based on statistical probability, guy #1 is the baby daddy. Keep in mind that, while you can't get pregnant when you're pregnant, you can pick up an STD. Make sure Guy # whatever is using a condom.
