Not pregnant: It is very unlikely that you could be pregnant with the Nexplanon implant in place (and not expired). If you are still very concerned, do a home pregnancy test. Bumps or bulges on the cervix are most likely to be harmless cysts, but you should see your Gynecologist for an examination, especially if you have not been seen in the past year. Your symptoms are likely from your intestines, not uterus
