Hormonal Related: It is not unusual to have pregnancy related mood swings, or even actual depression. Assuming you are in a good place with your career, your relationship with the father of the baby, and in good health, your symptoms are likely related to hormonal changes. You can not ignore them, however. Talk to your Doctor - there are medications and counseling that can help. Postpartum depression is a risk.
