Having lower back pain for a week . after ovulation and still ongoing .but my period is due in 4days. could it be pregnancy symptom ?

Probably not: I don't think that low back pain is a symptom of ovulation or pregnancy. It is more commonly due to strain or inflammation of the lumbar muscles in which case bending,turning and twisting would affect the discomfort. Of course in later stages of pregnancy low back pain is quite common.

No: It would be much too early for back pain to be related to pregnancy. That occurs much later and is related to a significantly enlarged uterus.
