Yeast infections: Yeast or Candida can cause irritating symptoms like you describe. I wonder 'where' the doctors found the thrush - in your mouth? If that's true, I would want to look for the 'cause' -such as pre-diabetes, dry mouth, medications (inhalers?) or other diseases. A purple lump could be a hemorrhoid, as Candida or yeast should be more reddish. Both can itch. There's definitely treatment-hope u see a doc
