10 mg: If you have a solution form of fluoxetine at the stated concentration, then for every 5 mL there are 20 mg. Thus, if you use half the volume (2.5 mL), then that would represent half of 20 mg, which would be 10 mg. The recommended starting dose for fluoxetine in children is 10 mg daily.
