Erectile dysfunction: Nerve compression in your lower back from trauma or degeneration can cause erectile dysfunction. There can also be associated difficulty urinating, bowel incontinance, or weakness, pain, or sensation changes in the legs. Any of these need to evaluated with an MRI. Discuss with your primary care doctor, or seek out immediate medical attention for weakness.
