Here are some ...: A swollen stomach - by too much gas in the GI-tract or too much thickness of abdominal wall or pending urinary retention? If from the former two, the whole abdomen tends to be round and protuberant; if from the latter - pending U-retention, the abdominal roundness tends to be limited to lower half of abdomen.
