C. difficile?: A common cause of symptoms of this nature after a course of antibiotics can be Clostridium difficile colitis. You could also have Giardiasis, or any of a dozen or more causes of colitis. Go and see a doctor and when you get there be prepared to provide a stool specimen. Good luck
