Ouch!: this possibly mean that you broke small blood vessels while cramping. You may need more calcium/mag and vit D to avoid cramps. When you have a cramp try this: with your thumb and index finger squeeze your upper lip midline for 20 seconds, cramp should go away.

Broken blood vessel: You had some sort of injury causing a broken blood vessel in your calf. The bruising will take 7-10 days to go away. It will get worse at first, then turn yellow, then go away. If your pain does not go away or gets severe, see your doctor. Hope this helps!
