Trauma: I believe this action must be traumatizing your anterior vagina & urethral area. I'm not sure about the "brown stuff". Perhaps there is some brownish discharge which is transferred from your vagina on the condom. A small amount of bleeding could occur from breaks in the skin. It doesn't sound dangerous or signaling something seriously wrong. Talk it over to see if you can modify your love-making.
