Where can you find your pulse in your stomach?

Abdominal aorta: Press firmly just left of your midline anywhere from your pubis to your lower breastbone (xiphoid) and you'll be able to feel your abdominal aorta which is your largest artery and always pulsing. To do this properly, you should lie on your back with your abdominal muscles relaxed. If you're thin, you can even see the pulsation and it's easy to feel. It's still palpable if there's some extra weight

Pulse: If you are very slim you may be able to feel your abdominal aorta if you press hard just to the left of the midline. It is easier and safer to feel your pulse at the wrist, at your elbow, on top of your foot or in front of your ear

Try the navel: Try the umbilicus (navel, belly button). You can often find it there, even if you carry excess weight. If you are skinny, often you can find the aorta by pressing down firmly (but not too hard) - but this is harder to do. Pressing between two fingers (not the thumb) on the navel tends to work for me. Try it & let us know how it goes!
