Interstitialcystitis: 18 year old female with hourly nocturia needs to be evaluated by a Urologist. Interstitial cystitis (IC) might be explanatory. IMO, IC is highly associated with Joint Hypermobility Syndrome.

Frequent urination: Martha at your age urinating every hour can be a sign of problems. Infections, nerve problems and other things can be the cause. First be sure that your frequent urination is not due to too much fluids or bladder stimulants such as caffeine or spices. If that doesn't work then you should see a urologist for evaluation.
