Tis'llHurtMeMoreThnU: It's a balance. Some suggest that heavy, daily use will hurt the liver. Most say occasional use is OK. It's not that it will make the virus stronger, or anything like that. Also, some find the magic herb helpful if they are having side effects from treatments of various kinds. So I would say in moderation, OK. I don't really like to advocate any-a them hippie drugs but, hey, this is 2014, right?

Unknown: To my knowledge there have been no studies correlating marijuana use with hepatitis or liver problems. Due to lack of medical research, the long term health affects of marijuana are largely unknown.
