?clot vs.food vs.med: Serveral possibilities: leftovers of a medication (some have gelatin-like capsules that don't dissolve, something you ate--partially digested meat/gristle, possibly a small blood clot from a hemorrhoid or something else like it close to the rectum that bleeds. Watch for further abnormalities, if they recur, see your health care provider

Rectal exam: this could be blood or incompletely digested food- I suggest a medical exam and test for blood in your stool.
