What would cause slight pain in my left testicle? it is more noticeable when sitting. it doesn't seem to be swollen.

Possibilities..: If the pain is very mild it could the start of an infection, fluid accumulation, possible unnoticed trauma. However if the pain is significant and starts getting worse during the next minutes to hours you need immediate evaluation to make sure you don't have a testicular torsion.
