Side effects: There are several side effects listed for oral steroids. You can find these on the package insert. There are some points for you to be aware of: 1) don't stop the medication abruptly. 2) longterm use of steroids can cause serious problems like osteoporosis. You'll need to be monitored. 3) steroids can interfere with other medications.
