I've had a bad headache off and on the past week. today i woke up with a horrible headache and now it's accompanied by stomach pain and cold sweats.

Bad to worse: The natural evolution of headache can take days, as well as worsen over time. Stomach pain is a common symptom with headaches. Did you know that the stomach empties more slowly during a migraine? Sweats can occur with certain headaches too. What part of the head is affected? What does it feel like? Have you used any treatments? These are important questions.

Brand new?: If you are not the type of person who typically gets headaches & this is all brand new territory for you then, you will want to get examined quickly. Though it certainly sounds like it could be part of just some nasty GI viral complex or the like....I would still recommend a good neurological survey to be sure there are no other things going on that we're not seeing because of the sweats etc.
