It is treatable ...: At all stages ,though obviously more difficult the wide spread the disease. But colon can may not have any symptoms early on in the disease. That's why we do screening colonoscopies to help pick up concerning lesions as early as possible. Otherwise early symptoms are usually hidden blood in your stool then obvious blood. Obstruction can happen later on too.
