Get checked: See your doctor to check a urine in case an infection is brewing. Try Acetaminophen, warm compresses and if no better your doctor should be able to help you. Massage if gentle should be safe on the back and not on the belly. Good luck

Not uncommon: First you should review this with your OB/GYN Unfortunately pregnancy is the gift that keeps giving and the weight gain, posture changes, relaxation of ligaments all make for back pain being rather common. Often OB/GYNs will recommend some form of range of motion exercises(like with PT), possible massage but ideally by someone with pregnancy experience, and heat/cold pack.
