To the doctor: This constellation of symptoms with your child is going to need a complete history and exam. He may have strep throat even without a sore throat, or some sort of infection. The best advice is to immediately see your doctor for more answers. Feel free to treat his fever with acetaminophen or ibuprofen enroute to your doctor. Good luck
