How long does it take to digest a combination bc pill like nortrel? i threw up 4 hours after taking it. is it considered "missed"?

No exact answer: but I would assume that if you digested it and it stayed around for at least 2 hrs and your stomach emptied its not a missed dose

Emptying time: In general, 50% of stomach contents are emptied in about an hour after ingestion. So it is unlikely that the pill was vomited 4 hours later. So I would not count today as a "missed" day.
