Probably a hematoma: Most likely a subungal hematoma do to micro trauma from an ill fit shoe. If it is the spot will move out as the nail grows out. It is highly unlikey that it is a melanoma since it appearing on the same toe on different feet. See a podiatrist or ortho foot specialist. A dermatologist also can be consulted
