I'm 37 weeks pregnant. today i noticed that labia minora is puffier than normal. no other symptoms is this normal? could this be a sign of pre labor?

Not usually: Having general swelling is common in pregnancy. However if your blood pressure has been elevated or you have significant weight gain, it can signify pre eclampsia. If it is only your labia swollen and you dont have abnormal headaches, right upper quadrant abdominal pain, or visual disturbances, you are probably ok. If in doubt contact your OB.

No!: If you look closer (maybe from a mirror!) you may notice that everything around the genital area is "puffier" than normal. This is part of generalized swelling that is characteristic of pregnancy including - of course - not only your genitals, but also the rest of your body.
