UTI? Diabetes?: Hi. The urinating frequently is the most specific symptom; headache, fatigue, LBP, and pain under ribcage MUCH less so. I would recommend you talk with your doc. She/he will probably want to check urine for white blood cells (sign of infection) and fasting glucose to test for diabetes. Those tests would be a good start. Good luck!

See your doctor.: Pregnancy is not the only cause of these back symptoms. A UTI is somewhat suggested here. You need to see your doctor as soon as you can and see if you have an infection and if so be treated. You could also have a kidney infection which is different and more so a reason to be treated. Best wishes.

Possible infection: Urinary tract infection, pyelonephritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometritis, suprapubic or intersitial cystitis, vaginitis can all cause pain in the suprapubic region, low thoracic region, flank region. Exact etiology of the cause of the pain requires thorough physical examination and testing with your physician to prevent future complications.
