Seb derm RX: Yes, it will help. It is not only anti-fungal, but also anti-inflammatory. There are, however, better treatments such as Loprox and Nizoral available. Lamisil (terbinafine) will not cure it, unfortunately. http://www.hindawi.com/journals/drp/2014/705402/
