Urgent care/ER: Diverticulitis, kidney infections, bladder infections are all possibilities, among others like food poisoning and viral gastoenteritis. Difficult to assess without a physical exam. Best to visit an urgent care center or ER for treattment of nausea and vomiting at least. Your med list, diabetes, syncopal history all make it more possibly serious.
