Rash on feet, hands, neck, cheeks and upper back on 2.5 year old. Not preceded with a sore throat of fever. Cheeks are also very red but not warm. Cant see any rash or spots in the mouth. Not itchy. Not very raised but not perfectly flat spots. ?
What causes a red, warm, itchy to touch, circular spot on neck just below chin? It's symetrical with the previous one on the other side of neck.
