No: Simple impetigo doesn't usually have fever, but if there is deeper involvement of tissues (cellulitis, abcess, lyphangitis) or respiratory infection or sepsis (bacteria in the blood)with it, there may be fever, chills, sweats.

No: There are two types of impetigo. Fever usually does not occur in impetigo contagiosa but it may happen in bullous impetigo. Overall it is not a common sign.
