Possibly: however, osteopenia would usuallu show up after long term use of anabolic steriods- unlikely after 20 days, but possible: the bigger issue is why are you taking this medicine?

See your physician: Danabol is an androgen and should not cause osteopenia. The osteopenia requires an explanation and you need to see your physician for a thorough evaluation.
