Here are some ...: Seeing semen flowing out of vagina after sex is normal and would not affect the chance to conceive as long as the function and anatomy of both are adequate and having sex at right time. But surgical Hx for ectopic pregnancy may lower the odd of conception. If in doubt for pregnancy, do pregnancy test soon after missing the regularly expected period; if (-) / still in doubt, repeat it in 1-2 wks.
