Parkinson's symptoms reduced with brain injury, is this possible?

Doubtful: What makes you think you're having Parkinson's symptoms? They're very very uncommon in a 38 year old. I recommend you have a virtual consult or establish care with a neurologist to get a history and discuss your symptoms, it will hopefully answer some questions you have and give you some peace of mind. Good luck!
