A member asked:

Palpitations/shortness of breath with little exertion, why is this?

Variety of causes: Could be heart rhythm problems, blockages, valves or pumping problems. Could be a lung issue. Or it could simply be deconditioning. This is something I evaluate almost everyday. You should definitely see a physician, preferably a cardiologist to start with.
