Osteopoikilosis (not osteoporosis), what to do?

Not much: You are describing a benign condition that is usually an incidental finding on an X-ray. It usually does not cause pain or problems. If you have no contraindications, you could take Aleve (naproxen) or Advil for mild discomfort

Osteopoikilosis: Osteopoikilosis is a benign, autosomal dominant sclerosing dysplasia of bone characterized by the presence of numerous bone islands in the skeleton. Osteoporosis causes bones to become weak and brittle — so brittle that a fall or even mild stresses like bending over or coughing can cause a fracture. Osteoporosis-related fractures most commonly occur in the hip, wrist or spine.
