See below: Neutropenia is a low blood count of neutrophil white blood cells-concern is how low and due to what. Raynauds disease is due to spasm of arteries to the lower arm resulting in pain, blueness, pallor or even redness on exposure to cold or stress and again secondary to something or even not (primary)
