See your gyn: Masses or lumps on the labia can be caused by many things: infected sweat glands, infected hair follicles, blocked oil glands, blocked Bartholin's glands. If you are having pain, you need to be checked out by your doctor. Most of these problems can be taken care of without much difficulty, but you should be seen to establish a diagnosis.
