Doubtful: this sounds like midcycle breakthrough bleeding ( old blood) mixed with vaginal and cervical mucous- you should worry, however, if you are careless about birth control and using condoms. It is time to get on a definitive birth control pill if you are sexually active and make sure your partner uses a condom- understood?
