Hormones: Even after having the baby, hormones continue to fluctuate in your body as you make breast milk, etc. It is common for these hormonal fluctuations to cause your periods to be irregular. As time passes, your periods will slowly return to normal. Be sure to follow up with your Gynecologist for routine evaluations and any further issues. Best wishes.
