What are symptoms of rectal perforation? i've been bloated and have the urge to burp(let out gas) but i feel like i cant(although i manage sometimes).

Not perforation: Bloating is due to too much gas in stomach possibly related to diet or swallowing of large amts of air. Rectal perforation infers there is trauma to the rectum causing damage to the wall with free drainage into the pelvis. Otherwise trauma from manipulation with a colonoscope can cause peroration into the bladder in a male or vagina of a female or other loops of bowel.Surgery needed for repair.
