Hard to say exactly: But at best, you may test negative by urine testing after 3-4 days. In the worst case, it's possible that you could test (+) for 15-20 days after your last use - note, this would be exceptionally atypical and is usually representative of 1-2 ppd smokers.

Cigarettes or else?: I am not aware of a urine test for nicotine. If you mean Marijuana (THC) it depends how much you have smoked and for how long. THC may be released from your body's fat cells into your urine for many weeks and sometimes months after your last joint. Either way, it is best to quit now and hope you are a fast metabolizer.
