Congenital remnant of urachus can remain connected between bladder dome and umbilicus as a fibrous thread or bladder diverticulum. Urethral stricture or prostatic obstruction in men or cystocele or uterine prolapse in women. Suggest you consult urologist provided constipation has been excluded. Good luck.

For 2-3 yrs I have had random EXCRUCIATING belly button pain. Sometimes when I press on the area with my fingers it hurts worse. It feels like Im being stabbed. Its been worse the last couple mos. Happens most often when I need to urinate or I eat.
