Possibly: Certain vitamins like B12 or Vitamin D when supplemented can make some people feel like the action of their hormones are in better balance.

If you have a: low Vitamin D level, your parathyroid hormone can increase, and return to normal with normalization of vitamin D. Otherwise, vitamins don't "balance" hormones and hormones are rarely "out of balance". That's a popular, but nonsensical lay term. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or internet scams.
