Here are some ...: Yes, most likely, they were all dead because sperms are very fastidious for survival; so, the odd to conceive is almost zero. But, no known contraceptive methods have ever offered 100 % success; if in doubt, always do HPT soon after missing the regularly expected period; if (-) / in doubt, repeat it in 1-2 weeks. Sperm: Highly improbable but nothing is 100%. sperms can survive for an hour if they remain is a moist environment such as the semen,but if your hands were dry, they are probably all dead.
