None proven: Unfortunately, there are no peer-reviewed trials supporting use of any herbs or supplements to increase libido or sex drive in either women or men. Pharmaceutical companies are looking at various forms of testosterone for women but are currently stymied by side effects (which can be mitigated by adjusting doses). Compounding pharmacies can formulate something just for you (under md/do supervision).
