Get seen now: My first thought is appendicitis. Pain in the right lower abdomen accompanied by nausea needs to be evaluated ASAP. Another cause, though unlikely since your boyfriend has had a vasectomy, is an ectopic pregnancy. Both conditions are serious, please go to an ER to be seen. Good luck.
