Normal: The breast glands can secrete fluid, especially if squeezed. As long as the discharge is not milky, green, or bloody, it shouldn't be a problem.

Don't squeeze: Prolactin is the hormone that stimulates milk release. If the fluid is clear it should not be a problem. Continued manipuation of your breast can actually lead to milk secretion as prolactin can be secreted. If it persists see your doctor.
