Normal: This is on the long side for cycles but it sounds regular and the periods sound normal so I wouldn't be concerned.

Can be normal, but..: If this has been your typical period, this may very well be normal. Whether or not this is normal, is also dependent on other factors. There are certain conditions that can cause irregular or infrequent menses, such as PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), stress, or other things. If you are concerned, a visit to your ob/gyn or PCP is recommended for further evaluation.

Normal for you: There's a wide range of what's considered normal. Check out http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/753127_5, especially Table 5. While your period may be infrequent by definition, if it's regularly so, then it's normal for you. If for some reason you want a more frequent menstrual cycle, you could always talk to your family doc about birth control pills to regulate your period.
