Moderate interaction: Benedryl can increase the sedating effects of Klonopin (clonazepam). Some people exerience dizziness and confusion with this combination, so it would be important to avoid driving or performing tasks that require good concentration. Zyrtec is indicated for chronic hives, and may be less sedating than Benedryl.
