See doc: Premenstrual may cause some abdominal swelling temporarily, but not vaginal pain. It is possible you are suffering from vaginitis from an infection. Please see your primary care doctor or OB-Gyn specialist for a pelvic exam, evaluation, and treatment.

Genital pain: You need to be evaluated by a physician and have a full evaluation: history and physical examination including a gynecological examination. If you do NOT have insurance call your local city or county health department and ask them where you get evaluated.
